In 2020, Landon and Sarah opened Pranava at the height of the global pandemic. A safe and inclusive place to come let go. Creating a community unlike anything they have experienced in Denver. Landon was determined to create a one-of-a-kind vibe of a space that embodied part tattoo parlor, part luxury spa, part sanctuary in the heart of Denver, Colorado. He intertwined his years in hospitality from working on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood, California, to the Las Vegas Strip in Nevada. Sarah’s full time profession is residential design, specially focused on custom kitchen and bath. It was was the perfect ingredients during the imperfect storm of 2020! Pranava was first imagined in 2017 and brought to Costa Rica. Landon says, “It was a cute idea. And, those bring excess to manage.” They opened their doors on Indigenous People Day October 2020 as a small business with lots of heart and multi-credentialed talent to offer. Pranava (the name for the mantra, Om (or Aum) and pronounced prah-nuh-vuh) is not a fast-food style approach to self care. In a world with busy schedules, stacked lists and reactionary lifestyle habits, Pranava has created a space that values slowing down, and being warmly heard in an elegant atmosphere.
