Landon Kameshwara Gallant (formerly known as Landon Cooper) is humbly recognized as Colorado’s only Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S.), Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and International Sivananda Yoga Teacher (200-YTT). A protector of peace of mind and celebrator of diversity.

Warmly extending the benefits of nourishing guidance, passive movement and therapeutic intention. His authentic craft has created a loyal following around the country. His signature heartfelt approach is centered on allowing each client to be heard in a deeply welcoming and non-judgemental atmosphere.

Proudly the Lead LMT for Denver University Men’s Hockey NCAA 2023-2024 National Champions; also Lead LMT for Denver University Women’s Gymnastics, Women’s Lacrosse and Men’s Soccer Teams. Landon holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Montevallo. He first attained his Strength & Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S. / #7248335720) in 2007 with the National Strength & Conditioning Association.

He completed the 900 Hour program at Healing Mountain Massage School in Salt Lake City, Utah in February 2017 & passed the MBLEX (Massage and Bodywork Licensing Exam) in February 2017. He is currently licensed and insured to practice massage in Colorado.

He has completed Craniosacral 1, Craniosacral 2, Somatoemotional Release 1, & Somatoemotional Release 2 with Upledger International Institute (UII) for Craniosacral Therapy. Also completed Pediatrics CST 1, and CST Applications for Concussion.

 

A Certified International Sivananda Yoga Teacher, he lived at the Sivananda Yoga Ashram in Grass Valley for a one month intensive program in Fall 2017. He is recognized as the 42,434th Sivananda Teacher worldwide.

 

In 2012 he formed the, 501c3, Miles 2 Give Non-Profit Foundation. In 2013, he and two running partners completed a 3,187 mile run across the United States to raise awareness and funding for sarcoma cancer. In 2014, he completed another run across the United States with several running partners to continue efforts of shining a light on the “forgotten cancer.” He would go on to complete a 10,000 mile lap around the USA in 230 days during the second Miles 2 Give tour.

Landon received the “Key To The City” to Ocean City, Maryland and Helena, Alabama for his globally recognized efforts in Team athletic achievement and philanthropy. He also received the Utah State “Certificate Of Citation” from former Mayor Rudolph Becker in Salt Lake City in November 2013.

Landon played six seasons of semi-professional soccer, notably in Germany, for the Portland Timbers (training camp), Palm Beach Pumas, Las Vegas Strikers, and Panama City Pirates. He went on to play Top-Amateur until 2012.

Since 2013, he has been a highly commissioned International Textured Abstract Painter. His available works can be viewed on his Instagram & on display in various locations in Denver.

In 2004, he appeared on NBC’s “Fear Factor” Thanksgiving Special show facing off against other athletes for a chance to win $50,000. He was proudly out-dueled by an Olympic Pole Vaulter! on another not so boring note, he was Michael Jordan’s bat-boy in 1994 for the Birmingham Barons.

Landon has made Colorado home since March 2018. He, his wife Sarah and their 4 legged daughter, Paisley, are proud to be part of the “Mile High City” community.
