Pranava, pronounced “Pra” “na” “vah”, means OM, unity, oneness. Consistent meditation on pranava (OM) or repeating this mantra (japa meditation) leads to liberation because it brings about unity with the absolute truth.

“While attending a 4 week intensive in Grass Valley, California to attain my 200-YTT with the Sivananda Yoga lineage, the name “Pranava” was in a book I was reading at the ashram. It was like a gong to my heart. Another piece of this brand had come into fruition from a place of great source.”

We donate .67 cents from every massage transaction to a chosen charity. Each quarter, we consciously decide which charity aligns with our core personal and business philosophies.

We pay our LMT’s to have their birthday off. We also add a “Fair Wage Gratuity” to each massage transaction checkout. We provide continuous coaching, leadership availability and monthly training to level up their craft.
We have bonus structures for senior LMT’s, & commission opportunities for all retail & enhancement add-ons.
After 1 year of employment we financially contribute to continued education in Craniosacral Therapy.

As of September 4th, 2023, we have consciously pivoted to the “4 day work week.” Each of our full time employees provide caring service to our community no more than 4 days a week. We believe in maximizing schedule efficiency, & having more time to be with our loved ones.
We allow 20 minutes between clients for our Therapists to gather themselves, and ready the room for the next client. Most spas are focused on high volume, and only offer 5 minute windows for Therapists to ready the room in between clients. We believe in peace of mind, and people over profit.
Each song on the Pranava Massage playlist has been HAND SELECTED over a two year period. 14 hours of ceremonial, peaceful ambiance. When we add a new song, we remove a song. Isn’t that a solid mantra in life? “One in, one out.”
