Spiritual Counsel (medicine) explores the less visible causes of underlying physiological phenomena.
It involves the intangible health biomarkers of emotion and feeling and is more energetically attuned and vibrationally calibrated than other types of medicine. We define 'spirit' as one's unseen, mental, emotional, and spiritual being, which extends beyond the physical body. The care of this aspect must also be addressed and maintained for quality of life and longevity. Spiritual medicine encompasses our mental, emotional, energetic, and psycho-spiritual well-being, not just our physical health.
It enables us to become aware of and move beyond trauma, better avoid it in the future, hone our gut instincts, and develop our most intuitive selves. It allows us to regulate our nervous systems so we can hear and act on this inner knowing. We consider spiritual and energy medicine to be the finishing touch, without which our health wouldn't be the same. Native Americans incorporate spiritual medicine into their culture, as many indigenous peoples across the globe have and continue to do.

You Are The Medicine.
“Let me start by saying I have practiced talk therapy for a few years now and have taken part in small group therapy activities in the past. However, what I experienced with Landon was different than anything I’ve done before.
Even though I was in a true panicked state at the start, Landon knew how to guide me through. He ensured I knew that the space was safe and non judgmental, and then chose perfect mantras to help my body and mind calm down. I’ve already used two of the mantras in another situation and it helped me in ways other mantras have not.
I then felt compelled to share with Landon something I leaned during my therapy journey about my highest, true self - something that I haven’t really shared with anyone. But for some reason I felt the strong urge to share. It became clear the universe was calling the shots because our conversation was so impactful I still remember the awe and joy I felt in my body and mind when we were done.
I went from being embarrassed and feeling disappointed in myself about my panic attack to feeling such awe, contentment, and alignment in one session. And I have Landon to thank for that.”
