Welcome to our companies healthy boundaries. Healthy boundaries protect peace of mind. Healthy boundaries honor the day flow of spa operations and the reserved time of your highly credentialed Therapists.

May our proactive guidance implement the consistent mindful approach you are calling in. Any special requests beyond our policies requires an in person conversation with Landon.

  • For your long awaited self care moment, please respect the following code of conscious conduct:

    Please wait until your Therapist has fully left the greenhouse before undressing of ANY kind.

    If a client arrives late for session, Therapist do not “add” extra time at the end of your session.

    Please prepare for traffic, and navigating (free) parking. Arrive 5 minutes early, or arrive on time to maximize your self care self investment. We thank you!

  • Same day cancellations not related to sickness and/or serious accident made 24 hours or less (call / text / email to Pranava Massage business lines of communication only) from your scheduled appointment we do charge the full amount + 20% gratuity / or, Landon’s flat rate.

    We consider these "open tabs" in the service industry. We do NOT charge for any CBD add-ons (made at your booking) ONLY the rate of your massage (member / non-member) session.

    Exceptions include: COVID, exposure to someone with COVID, cold / flu, auto accident, or death in the family. (our sincere condolences if this applies)

    Exceptions do NOT include:

    • Experiencing discomfort and/or pain (We treat these symptoms daily!)

    • “I’m stuck in another city.”

    • “I had something come up work related.”

  • Clients can reschedule 24 hours or more prior to a scheduled appointment. Please communicate your reschedule request via text, call or email (info@pranavamassage.com) to ONLY Pranava lines of communication.

    ONLY the client that has reserved time with Pranava can communicate needed reschedule requests; NOT assistants, or friends/family of client.

  • Clients who no call / no show for their reserved appointment will be charged the full amount of the online chosen service + 20% gratuity / Or, Landon’s flat rate of member / non-member chosen service.

    (Minus any CBD add-ons)

  • Kindly, we do not offer same day appointment adjustments to DAY OF scheduled appointments.

    IE: Moving to an earlier or later time slot on day of scheduled appointment.

  • No shows / same day cancellations (within 24 hours of your reserved infrared sauna session) results in a $25 cancellation fee.

    In the event a client does not receive an appointment reminder 48 hours prior to requested scheduled appointment, we do send an appointment same day welcoming text with the final appointment reminder. This double effort ensures honoring spa day flow.

    Any same day reschedule request (less than 24 hours notice of scheduled service) from an earlier scheduled appointment to a later SAME DAY scheduled appointment we charge + $10 admin fee for Non-Members, and $5 for Members. (This includes all levels of membership)

  • Clients who need to change their massage service from 90 minutes to 60 minutes MUST do so online, via text / call, or to Pranava email (info@pranavamassage.com) at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.

    Clients can not show up day of appointment and request a shorter session. If client is scheduled for a 90 minute session, and NO communication was received by Pranava staff 24 hours or more - Client will be charged for their full reserved time.

    In the event a client inquires on arrival of spa if they can “change appointment from 60 minutes to 90 minutes,” this will be entirely up to LMT & Pranava leadership. Conscious decision making is based on spa day flow.

  • Appointments made by individuals can NOT be transferred to first time guests within 24 hours of the appointment. ONLY members can transfer appointments within 24 hours to a family member that is a member of Pranava Massage.

  • We kindly extend our conscious community focused approach on how we approach operations, and scheduled appointments on extra snowy days...

    We usually receive multiple same day messages of concern of travel, far and near. We have clients that travel from Fort Collins, Castle Rock, and even from our beautiful mountains. We always address each message and each scheduled appointment with great care, and openness to adaptations for all.

    We thank you in advance for having kind, open dialogue on these days to warmly accommodate and check-in with each appointment. With great kindness and understanding for our entire community, everyone will always be taken care of.

    We acknowledge that individual perspectives vary on the topic of weather related safety. And, ask that you respect our loving management of scheduled appointments on these extra snowy days.

    If you have any concerns of travel on extra snow day days, you will NOT be charged for rescheduling your appointment.

  • Kindly, we do NOT allow smoke aroma of any kind into the spa. Clients who arrive as such will be charged the full amount of the session + 20% fair wage gratuity / or, Landon’s flat rate. We accept the honor of preparing for your ceremonial self care moment. Please set the intention to do the same.

  • We do NOT allow drugs or alcohol inside the spa. This includes zipped, and/or, sealed items / backpacks carrying any drugs or alcohol of ANY kind. We also will not serve clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Clients arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be charged the full amount of the session + 20% fair wage gratuity / or, Landon’s flat rate. We accept the honor of preparing for your ceremonial self care moment. Please set the intention to do the same.

  • New memberships beginning January - November that cancel in less than 90 days of activation, client will be charged a one time cancellation fee of $25. Thank you for respecting the intentional service model we have created to offer consistency in your self care investment.

    Holiday New Membership Sign Up Policy

    New members that join in the month of December that cancel membership within 60 days of activation, client will be charged a one time cancellation fee of $95.

    We do not offer refunds for gift cards purchased prior to your membership cancellation request. All gift card sales are final.

    There are no contracts, cancel or freeze anytime. Memberships can be frozen up to 3 months, & will reactivate thereafter.

  • Kindly, we do not allow any outside lotions or oils into the spa. Thank you for your cooperation.

  • Kindly, gift cards expire 6 months from date of purchase. We do not offer refunds, and/or credits for unused gift cards.

    Members may purchase a gift card for the same person ONCE EVERY 6 MONTHS.
