If a client arrives late for session, Therapist do not “add” extra time at the end of your session.

Please prepare for traffic, and navigating (free) parking. Arrive 5 minutes early, or arrive on time to maximize your self care self investment.

It is client’s responsibility during check-in with therapist to FULLY communicate any existing minor and/or areas of aches, joint issues, current headaches/migraines so therapist may tailor session professionally and accordingly to given client.

Any withholding of information, and/or non-communication at check-in, therapist and/or Pranava is not liable for any irritation to any area of any kind from given session. It is also the responsibility of client to communicate DURING session if ANY modalities do not feel safe, or accommodating. Any non-communication DURING session by client of ANY discomfort is negligence of client responsibility.

Same day cancellations not related to sickness and/or serious accident made 24 hours or less (call / text / email to Pranava Massage business lines of communication only) from your scheduled appointment we charge the full amount of your reserved time / chosen service.

We consider these "open tabs" in the service industry. We do NOT charge for any CBD add-ons (made at your booking) ONLY the rate of your massage (member / non-member) session.

Exceptions include: COVID, exposure to someone with COVID, cold / flu, personal auto accident, or death in the family. (our sincere condolences if this applies)

Exceptions do NOT include:

• Experiencing discomfort and/or pain (We treat these symptoms daily!)

• “I’m stuck in another city.”

• “I had something come up work related.”

• “I have another appointment.

• “I have a sudden obligation.”

• (In person) Clients who arrive at Pranava with any smoke aroma of any kind will be charged the full rate of session. And, promptly rescheduled for a future appointment.

$150 Non-refundable and non-transferable deposit required.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 2 weeks from scheduled appointment, Pranava will charge 50% of the total rate of your chosen reserved time.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 1 week from your scheduled appointment, Pranava will charge 75% of the total rate of your chosen reserved time.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 5 days from your scheduled appointment, Pranava will charge 100% of the total rate of your chosen reserved time.

**In the event one of your LMTs cannot make it due to illness, your rate for a 6 hand massage is the following: Member Rate - $550 / Non-Member Rate - $640. Thank you for your kindness, and adaptability.

**8 Hand Massage appointments are ONLY available on Mondays. And, can ONLY be booked 30+ days in advance as to proactively assemble Pranava’s 4 LMTs.

New memberships beginning January - November that cancel in less than 90 days of activation, client will be charged a one time cancellation fee of $25. Thank you for respecting the intentional service model we have created to offer consistency in your self care investment.

Holiday New Membership Sign Up Policy

New members that join in the month of December that cancel membership within 60 days of activation, client will be charged a one time cancellation fee of $95.

We do not offer refunds for gift cards purchased prior to your membership cancellation request. All gift card sales are final.

There are no contracts, cancel or freeze anytime. Memberships can be frozen up to 3 months, & will reactivate thereafter.

*** Monthly memberships that decline more than 3x in a calendar year, we charge a $25 admin fee thereafter with EACH card that declines connected to your Booker account.

*** Kindly, Pranava does not offer refunds for previous monthly membership fees for lack or no monthly appointments. We manage appointments, ambiance, consistency, and client relations, not individual accounts.

Kindly, physical gift cards sold in store at Pranava expire 6 months from date of purchase. We do not offer refunds, and/or credits for unused gift cards for given value of purchase.

Client must pay difference in chosen service cost when redeeming gift card at Pranava. This includes any price change in service menu since purchase date of gift card. A credit card / debit card is required to hold appointment to cover any difference in cost of service.

Members may purchase a gift card for the same person ONCE EVERY 6 MONTHS. Any gift card extension request MUST BE COMMUNICATED DIRECTLY WITH LANDON PRIOR TO EXPIRATION DATE OF GIFT CARD. Please respect our small business and family :)

Appointments made by individuals can NOT be transferred to first time guests within 24 hours of the appointment. ONLY members can transfer appointments within 24 hours to a family member that is a member of Pranava Massage.

We usually receive multiple same day messages of concern of travel, far and near. We have clients that travel from Fort Collins, Castle Rock, and even from our beautiful mountains. We always address each message and each scheduled appointment with great care, and openness to adaptations for all.

We thank you in advance for having kind, open dialogue on these days to warmly accommodate and check-in with each appointment. With great kindness and understanding for our entire community, everyone will always be taken care of.

We acknowledge that individual perspectives vary on the topic of weather related safety. And, ask that you respect our loving management of scheduled appointments on these extra snowy days.

If you have any concerns of travel on extra snow day days, you will NOT be charged for rescheduling your appointment.

Kindly, we do NOT allow smoke aroma of any kind into the spa. Clients who arrive as such will be charged the full amount of the session. Or, Landon’s non-member / member flat rate. We accept the honor of preparing for your ceremonial self care moment. Please set the intention to do the same.

We do NOT allow drugs or alcohol inside the spa. This includes zipped, and/or, sealed items / backpacks carrying any drugs or alcohol of ANY kind. We also will not serve clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Clients arriving under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be charged the full amount of the session. Or, Landon’s flat rate. We accept the honor of preparing for your ceremonial self care moment. Please set the intention to do the same.

Kindly, we do not allow any outside lotions or oils into the spa. Thank you for your cooperation.

Kindly note, any and all private yoga intensive investments, “Culture Space Holding” team / company investments, ONCE PAID IN FULL - All investments are final, no refunds are applicable. In the event adaptations of investment are needed, Landon will provide alternatives to fullfil the financial amount of investment.

These investments CAN NOT be applied to an “in house paid for account” at Pranava for in spa Pranava services.
