Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 2 weeks from scheduled appointment, Pranava will charge 50% of the total rate of your chosen reserved time.

Himalayan Salt Stone Massage is not only relaxing and rejuvenating, but it also has many health benefits including, lowering blood pressure, supporting a healthy respiratory system, enhancing circulation, relieving anxiety and tension, treating insomnia, promoting normal blood sugar levels, improving muscle recovery and preventing muscle cramps, and boosting bone health.
The salt stones are hand-carved and give gentle exfoliation to the skin during the massage, leaving it creamy and smooth.

We welcome Mommy + baby to experience therapeutic touch in this 90 minute session. (80 minute hands on)
Mommy + baby will be side lying during session on top of organic sheets, and a cozy bamboo fiber blanket. Comfortable toxic free bamboo fiber pillows provided for a nurturing treatment session.
Spacious treatment room has two lovely chandeliers, and wall candle sconces nourishing you in a warm thoughtful setting.

Mind Body Full Reset
(ONLY available at 10am or 1:45PM)
Your 3 hour journey in detail…
This treatment provides restorative balance in the approach to a total body and mind reset.
The first 80 minute hands on is the Therapeutic Massage portion. This is about softening the edges of the physical body. Client and Landon then take a 20 minute break to reset room. Clients will redress or be in a bamboo fiber robe during break.
The second 80 minute hands on is Craniosacral Therapy. This is about calming the nervous system through light touch modality of an authentic lineage of healing. Client is fully clothed during this portion. A beautiful nourishing, restorative session for unnecessary tension brought on by busy mind, stored and/or suppressed trauma and anxiety.Member rate: $340

The Split

Your 3 hour journey in detail…
Two 80 minute hands on therapeutic massage sessions curated to maximize front body, and back body separately.
Total reserved time includes a thorough sit down check in with your Therapist, and a 20 minute break in between sessions for bathroom + hydration. Client will be in a bamboo fiber robe in between sessions. And, are encouraged to stay off electronic devices in between the split.
Therapeutic massage sessions will be tailored to your arriving needs.

The Ceremony
A Four Hand Massage 3 hour journey + 20 minutes full body red light therapy by Dr. Landon Kamēshawara Gallant and three year Pranava team veteran, Chelsea.
Client is warmly welcomed, and deeply heard in an elegant atmosphere to curate this beautiful experience. The first 80 minute hands on portion is front body therapeutic massage, with blends of Thai yoga massage. Landon and Chelsea simultaneously, and artistically sync their therapeutic movements to provide a mind melting experience.
Therapists leave the treatment space, and client slips into a bamboo fiber custom Pranava robe. Client is escorted to the full body red light therapy room for a 20 minute session. (Safety goggles provided) *Before or after red light therapy will be a good time for a bathroom break. Complimentary cold pressed organic watermelon juice provided by Evolution Fresh.
The second 80 minute hands on portion is back body therapeutic massage, with blends of Thai yoga massage. Landon and Chelsea continue to artistically sync their therapeutic movements to complete this beautiful ceremony.
‘The Ceremony’ allows for expanded body work on technical areas of the body not usually given adequate time. I.E - the abdomen, intercostals, inner oral massage, etc.
Sessions can be booked two weeks in advance on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays only. Appointment start times are 10am (finishing at 1pm), or 1:45pm (finishing at 4:45pm)

Ready to up your game when it comes that massage request by your partner? Would you and your partner like to learn techniques of a 5 star massage experience from one of Denver's most sought after therapist?
Your 3 hour journey in detail…
Turn your usual date day into a fun and unforgettable experience with a 3 hour half day reservation for couples and/or partners only! Spend a half day learning how to give one another intentional body work from internationally known, Landon Kameshwara Gallant.
These are two back to back sessions of *80 minute hands on each. With a 15-20 minute break in between for bathroom, hydration and integration.
One partner will be on the table while Landon works his magic, guiding the giving client hands on skills to WOW your partner.
After one partner receives their massage from Landon & client, everyone will take a 15-20 minute break. Then return to switch roles of giving and receiving. A lovely, fun, interactive way to bond, relax, and create lasting memories while discovering the art of massage together.
"Couples Date Day with Landon" begins at 10am or 1:45pm. We do not offer same day appointments.
Kindly note** We have a zero tolerance policy for clients arriving under the influence of any drugs and/or alcohol. In the event clients arrive under the influence of any drugs and/or alcohol, session will be concluded promptly. Client will be charged the full rate of your investment + 20% gratuity.

At Pranava, you are given privacy in your own treatment room to undress. During the massage, only the part of your body being worked on will be uncovered, and the rest of your body will be draped for modesty.
Though it is common to undress fully for a session to allow your therapist access to bodywork, it is important to communicate with your massage therapist about your comfort level. If you prefer to keep some or all of your clothing on during the massage, let your therapist know. Massage therapy is about your relaxation and well-being, and our therapists will meet you where you are with your comfort levels!
Remember to remove any jewelry, watches, or accessories that might interfere with the full body massage. The focus is on creating a relaxing and stress-free experience, so keep it simple and comfortable.
