Cancellation Policy
Cancellations (or, oops, I forgot moments) not related to sickness and/or serious accident made 24 hours or less (call / text / email to Pranava Massage business lines of communication ONLY) from your scheduled appointment (massage and/or sauna) we do charge the full amount + 20% gratuity. We consider these "open tabs" in the service industry. We do NOT charge for any CBD add-ons (made at your booking) ONLY the rate of your massage and/or sauna session.
Exceptions include: COVID, Cold / Flu, Serious Accident.
